In the beginning, Asahi is only specialized in a surface treatment such as plating. When our process had approved by Boeing, and dealing with MHI and KHI, Asahi began to machining. After that, Asahi become the first company accredited by NADCAP in Japan, then Asahi start manufacturing the main wings for Boeing 787, from machining to sub-assembly in one house. Currently Asahi is also supplying material and to assembly for manufacturing part of interior of fuselage, such as lavatory. After all these experiences, Asahi be able to manufacture as one-stop house. Our special process is guaranteed by qualification and by these experiences and it became strength of Asahi’s manufacturing.
